It is our goal for patients to clearly understand their treatment needs, as well as their financial responsibility before treatment begins. We desire to make dental treatment affordable to all our patients.

If you have dental insurance, we want you to receive the full benefit of it. For the carriers shown below, we are currently Preferred Providers:

We accept most insurance plans and submit claims for our services to the insurance carriers below:

Delta Dental , WDS, Washington Dental Service, Regenece Blue Shield, Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, Tricare United Concordia, Dental Benefit Providers, United Healthcare, MetLife, Cigna, Guardian, Brokers National Dental Insurance, First Choice Health, CNIC Health Solutions, NEIHBP, WPAS (University of Washington plan)

Please note, we do NOT participate in or accept payment from Dental Benefit Providers

Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment and we will gladly explain your insurance benefits and submit your claim to be processed.

CO-PAYMENTS & NO INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept payments made with your Visa, MasterCard as well as cash or check. Financing is available through Care Credit.

5% SENIOR DISCOUNT

We are happy to extend a 5% discount on our services to our patients over 65 years of age.
